This Sutton Place townhouse was the residence of Elisabeth Marbury and Elsie de Wolfe from 1920-1927. While many period rooms remained, a 1992 renovation styled the kitchens and bathrooms in a French country theme. AKB ARCHITECTURE WORKS meticulously peeled away these later additions to highlight the original splendor of Elsie de Wolfe's designs — thoughtfully reimagined for modern living.
